Welcome to AEIP website ("Site"). AEIP provides the use of this Site to you subject to these terms and conditions and AE Group's Corporate Privacy Policy. Your use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, do not use this Site.

This Site is controlled and operated by AEIP from its offices in the Republic of Cyprus. AEIP makes no representations that this Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from locations outside the EU do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the materials in violation of EU export laws and regulations. Any and all actions, claims, disputes, or controversies relating to these terms and conditions, the use of this Site, or any materials therein shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict- of-laws principles. By using this site, you expressly consent to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction, and venue of the state and courts of the Republic of Cyprus in such actions, claims, disputes, or controversies.
CODE OF CONDUCT
AEIP is committed to conducting its business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and with the highest ethical standards. Based on this commitment, AEIP has adopted a Code of Conduct that applies to all of its employees, consultants, temporary workers, officers, and members of the Board of Directors, regardless of location, seniority level, business unit, function, or region. AEIP’s Code of Conduct requires full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. The Code of Conduct shares AEIP’s principles and values on treating people honestly, fairly, and with respect, and it defines AEIP’s policy for promoting ethical business conduct.
CONTRACTUAL CONTROLS AND AUDITS
AEIP requires by contract, and conducts audits to ensure, that its suppliers comply with applicable laws and regulations. AEIP provides training on its Code of Conduct for new and existing employees as well as training on other company policies. As AEIP expands its business activities and works with suppliers domestically and globally, AEIP remains committed to human rights and safety and ensuring that no Modern Slavery is involved in our operations or supply chain.

GDPR
WHAT IS GDPR?
As a company located within the European Union, AE Intellectual Property Ltd (“AEIP”) handles personal data under the GDPR. At AEIP, we have measures in place to protect personal data that are outlined in our Privacy Policy. It is important to note that the GDPR is not implicated when personal data is not involved.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union (EU) regulation that went into effect May 25, 2018 to establish obligations for organisations that collect or process personal data of EU citizens. For the purposes of this policy, GDPR is governed by the Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State of the European Economic Area and in each case as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including without limitation by the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and any data protection laws substantially amending, replacing or superseding the GDPR following any exit by the United Kingdom from the European Union, and/or other applicable data protection or national/federal or state/provincial privacy legislation in force, including where applicable, statues, decisions, guidelines, guidance notes, codes of practice, codes of conduct and data protection certification mechanisms issued from time to time by courts, any Supervisory Authority and other applicable authorities. The basic requirement for legal protection is the existence of personal data, defined under Article 4(1) of the Directive 95/46/EC as any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g., name, address, email, etc.).

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Customer shall comply with the GDPR in its use of the AEIP’s Software and Services and in connection with its rights and obligations under the Terms and Conditions of sale.
Customer shall only disclose personal data (as defined by GDPR) to AEIP where strictly necessary for the performance of the Services and shall ensure that any such disclosures are compliant with GDPR.
Customer shall use its reasonable endeavors to not do or permit anything to be done which might cause AEIP to be in breach of the GDPR.
