For Inventors
Acquiring technologies from inventors
We have a very different approach towards inventors than the usual. This is
how we go about it after we have determined that a particular new technology is of interest to
us.
- A. We acquire full, complete, exclusive rights from the inventor.
- B. We patent the invention fully in the name of the inventor. We own the patents.
- C. We carry out all the steps needed to bring this invention to the world. This includes packaging and marketing the technology. This is the most expensive part of bringing a new invention to market successfully.
- D. When we acquire an invention we sign a contract that guarantees a steady stream of income for the inventor for the rest of his/her life based on the profits from sales of the invention.
- E. We create an R&D company specifically for that invention so development can continue.
- F. The inventor and the entire R&D company are funded and receive their pay as a share of profits from sales of the products based on the invention. We finance the R&D company including the inventor, as well as future development of the invention.
- G. We invest into the packaging, promotion and marketing of the invention.
In acquiring new technologies from inventors, these are the rules that we follow in every case.
This arrangement leaves the inventor free to invent and develop while ensuring adequate funds for
the company and rewards for the inventor for the technologies he has invented.
